Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the booking of the holiday rental Villa Hermosa (Calle Agachadilla, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote (Las Palmas), España), registration no. E-3530000004.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once accepted by the host and the stated deposit is paid. The total price, applicable taxes and any security deposit are communicated before the booking is finalised. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. In the event of late payment, the host is entitled to cancel the booking.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions are stated at the time of booking.

4. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, accommodation services provided for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. House rules

Non-smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00.

6. Pool heating

Pool heating is optional and not included in the booking price. If you would like a heated pool, please let us know. A surcharge of EUR 10.00 per day applies and is charged separately. The maximum requested temperature is 29 °C. Reaching a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions.

7. Liability

Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay. Use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk.
